We are delighted to welcome you to Rockhouse Râușor. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during their stay, we have established the following rules and guidelines. Respecting these rules helps us create a harmonious environment for everyone, so you can return to us with pleasure every time. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these rules and agree to comply with them in full. Violating these rules may result in cancellation of the booking and full charges for accommodation, regardless of a shorter stay.

The management of Rockhouse Râușor reserves the right to select guests and to discontinue services in case of non-compliance with these rules.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. This schedule ensures that the apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for your comfort. Accommodation is provided upon presentation of a valid ID (identity card, passport, or birth certificate for children).

CHILDREN
Children are welcome, but supervision is the sole responsibility of parents or legal guardians. The cabin is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or other incidents occurring inside or outside the property due to unsupervised minors, considering the mountainous location. Children must be supervised at all times, especially on stairs, outside, and in the barbecue area.

PAYMENT / KEYS
Payment (or the remaining balance if a deposit has been made) is to be completed upon arrival.

After check-in, guests receive keys, which must be returned to the hosts on departure. Please report lost keys immediately; in case of loss, a replacement fee applies. The main cabin/living room key remains in the door and should be locked by guests at night.

APARTMENT SAFETY
The following are prohibited in the apartments: flammable items, drugs, explosives, weapons, and any electrical appliances that could pose a fire hazard (such as extension cords, hot plates, or irons). For ironing, please use the board and iron provided by the host.

Unplug all electronic devices (laptops, phones, cameras, etc.) before leaving the apartment.

Use only cleaning products provided by the host; other products may damage surfaces. Cooking and eating inside the apartments is strictly prohibited. Only toilet paper may be flushed; all other items (wet wipes, hygiene products, etc.) may block plumbing and disrupt your stay.

Upon leaving the apartment, close doors, turn off taps, and return keys. Do not move furniture, as some items are secured for your safety. Guests may not remove inventory items (pillows, towels, bedding, remotes, sensors, etc.).

Towels and bedding are for personal use only. Improper use causing damage will be charged to the responsible guest. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

PARTIES / MUSIC
Parties are allowed only in the living room (not in apartments) and only if they do not disturb other guests. Only registered guests may participate. Outdoor music and gatherings should respect reasonable volume and timing limits to avoid disturbing neighbors. Repeated complaints may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Good music is encouraged, excessive volume is not!

COMMON AREAS (LIVING ROOM & KITCHENETTE)
The living room is a shared space for all guests. Please use furniture and decorations responsibly. Musical instruments and wall decorations must not be moved or damaged. Hot items must be placed on wooden or bamboo trivets provided by the hosts. Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

The kitchenette on the ground floor includes a fridge with freezer, double air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, glasses, mugs, and cooking utensils. Strong-smelling foods (fish, shrimp, sausages, etc.) are not allowed in the air fryer. Please wash dishes after use. Guests provide their own food and drinks (self-catering).

Do not leave food or waste in shared areas.

 

OUTDOOR BARBECUE AREA
The barbecue area features an electric double-burner stove, double grill, stove for a cauldron, cauldron, cooking utensils, and dishes. Guests must use charcoal brought by themselves or available from the host for a fee. Firewood is provided on-site. Use only cookware supplied by the host. Fires must be supervised at all times. In extreme weather (storm, strong wind), open flames are strictly prohibited. Waste must be disposed of in designated areas.

After use, the area must be left clean and safe.

 

DAMAGES POLICY
Guests are responsible for maintaining furniture and equipment in good condition.
Report any damage or technical issues immediately. Guests are liable for any damage or loss of equipment or furniture, and repair/replacement costs will be charged to the responsible guest.

BEHAVIOR
Please respect other guests and staff. Disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited. Nudity or exhibitionism is strictly forbidden. Hosts reserve the right to cancel bookings and retain full payment in case of violations.

SMOKING
Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited in apartments and all indoor common areas. Smoke detectors are installed in all apartments and common areas. Smoking is allowed only on balconies or designated outdoor areas. Violation incurs a €100 cleaning fee.

VISITOR POLICY
For the comfort, safety, and security of all guests, only registered guests are allowed in the cabin. Visitors not staying overnight are prohibited. Please use outdoor areas for meeting friends or family.

GUEST SAFETY
We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to double-check their rooms upon departure.

PETS POLICY
Pets are not allowed. Guests arriving with pets may be refused accommodation without refund.

CCTV / PERSONAL DATA
CCTV cameras operate in public areas for your safety. Recordings are processed according to EU regulations. By booking, you consent to their use.

Personal information will never be used without your prior consent.
